I suggest planning for one to two hours per week to dedicate to the program.
The calls will all be recorded and the replay will be available within 24 hours, so you don't have to miss out on anything. You can submit a question ahead of time if you can't make it and your question will be answered on the call.
You are welcome to remain camera off on group calls, and you can change your screen name on Zoom so other participants on the call don't know your identity.
Will my insurance cover this program?
Many extended health insurance benefit packages cover Registered Dietitian services. Check with them to see if they will cover the program.
Food Freedom Solution is not designed to be a weight loss program, and I encourage participants to take the focus off weight so they can concentrate on recovery and healing their relationship with food.
